Expertise and Experience
Deborah served as the West Coast Regional Land Manager for Centex Homes and as the Vice President of Forward Planning for one of the nation's largest land developers. She has over twenty-five years' experience in land acquisition, entitlements, forward planning and business management. She has planned and executed many large-scale projects and successfully led project teams to reach their goals.
Along with real estate, Deborah's other passion has always been for teaching. As the West Coast Regional Land Manager she developed educational and leadership programs for Centex Homes. Deborah's natural enthusiasm for sharing her knowledge and experience is conveyed to her students and associates through a variety of teaching methods and interactive discussions. Deborah relishes the humanistic side of teaching in a multifaceted and highly technical field. She teaches ongoing classes at UCR Extension, University of Redlands Continuing Studies and University of Phoenix.
Deborah holds a BS in Civil Engineering from University of Illinois at Chicago and an MS in Administration including a concentration in leadership studies from Central Michigan University.
